That this Committee calls on the Manager to carry out immediate and urgent remedial works to the ground at the end of the footpath, which runs from opposite 30 St Aongus Crescent to the opening of the laneway at Castletymon Shopping Centre, to eliminate pooling of rainwater and to also eliminate seepage from loose soil from the "desire line" on the green space.
