This committee agrees that communities living in rural parts of the Clondalkin LEA, such as those on the Baldonnell Road, should receive a community dividend as the commercially zoned lands surrounding them are developed. In this spirit this committee further agrees that in light of the ongoing development of lands between the New Nangor Road and Baldonnell Road the Council should explore improvement in local infrastructure and undertake to extend the water and sewage mains to houses on the Baldonnell Road.
