I understand that on the Kiltipper Road (at the entrance at Deerpark down towards the GAA Club) is used as a race track with cars constantly speeding down and with reports of a stolen cars recently crashing at this location in the afternoon.  The issue of ramps within Ellensborough needs to be addressed?"
