"This committee commends the Corkagh Park fairies and their protectors in the Irish Fairy Door Company for their ambassadorial work for the Clondalkin area. These brave fairies have had no difficulty in settling in numerous new homes, both North and South of the Naas Road. They have done Clondalkin proud in parks, schools and homes all over this county and much further afield. This committee also commends the Parks department of SDCC for looking after the fairies so well in the Fairy Wood in Corkagh Park and now in other parks in the county. This committee also commends the Chief Executive and those managers in SDCC for their foresight in assisting the Irish Fairy Door Company by forging a mutually beneficial partnership with them. Finally, this committee wishes the fairies and the Irish Fairy Door Company continued success with this excellent venture."
