"To ask the Chief Executive if contact has been made with residents of Airlie Heights following the recent facilitated meeting in relation to development of an all weather pitch in the Estate, noting that a number of issues remained outstanding following the said meeting to be addressed by this Council; and in the event that no contact has been made to ask when this will be done and if there is anything currently preventing the Chief Executive from addressing the outstanding issues required to progress matters on behalf of all parties?"
"That this Committee requests that the Chief Executive compiles a report regarding the dog park at Tymon North. There have been many complaints of flooding in the area and that the park is not fit for use. The Committee requests that the report contain details of remedial works that could take place to bring the park into proper use on an all year round basis."
"To ask the Chief Executive to please update this Committee on the number of landlords who are not committing to renew RAS leases and would he explain what strategy is in place to rehouse those tenants impacted by these decisions?"
"That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to carry out an inspection of the boundary wall at the rear of 55 Westpark and carry out any necessary works to make the wall safe. This wall is very badly damaged and is a danger to the children who play in the green space in this area. The wall was previously examined and my understanding is that works were scheduled but no repairs have yet taken place to date."
"That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to respond positively to the request from the dog owners group who use Tymon Park, to relocate the Dog-Play-Park from it's current location on the Limekiln side of Tymon Park, which is prone to flooding, to a more suitable site on the Tymon side of the Park, as suggested by the dog owner group."
"To ask the Chief Executive to inform this Committee if the current owners of the Balrothery site, which was granted planning permission by SDCC and approved by ABP, are responsible for the pruning of the trees on the interior perimeter of the site, which are now seriously overshadowing some of the local houses, and if they are responsible, can contact be made by this Council to have such works carried out immediately?"
To ask the manager how many developers have transferred houses on land other than that being developed to this local authority in satisfaction of their Part 5 requirements?
To ask the manager how many Part 5 properties have been agreed or are in planning to come into council stock for this year.
"To ask the Chief Executive to please outline how many Part 5 homes will be coming into Council stock as a result of developments in the last quarter 2016 to end of first quarter 2017 in Rathfarnham, Terenure and Templeogue, and outline the allocation procedures for these?"
"Inspect the cycle path along Ballyboden way and cut back the bushes at the location alongside Templeroan Estate, as they are overgrown and cyclists have to veer onto the pedestrian side."
"To remove the graffiti along Ballyboden Way, photos of which have been supplied."
"That this committee write to the Greater Dublin Transport Authority inviting them to meet to discuss ongoing transport needs of the Ballycullen/Firhouse/Ballyboden communities given the projected increase of road users and existing traffic problems, which are exacerbated by a dearth of public transport solutions."
