Having met with the owners of *address supplied* in relation to dumping at these properties (photos attached). They have agreed to clean it up yet again and secure the site which they expect to sell later this year once a bank takes the lean off it. Can the Council assist by putting a camera looking in at the side of *address supplied* which has a public lane-way beside it, to see can we determine who is dumping this rubbish into that property. Can the Council attend when the waste is being removed to go through the waste to see can they find who owns it.

That this Area Committe calls for an extensive report on Brookfield Youth and Community Centre and for it to be a headed item at March area Committee meeting. If sensitive information is to be discussed a closed meeting should be arranged.

That this area committee calls on management to conduct an extensive report into cause of dampness and mould in council houses, specifically but not limited to houses in Glenshane, Brookview, Ard Mór, Mac Uilliam and the infill housing in Fettercairn. That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to confirm what actions are open to the Council, in co-operation with the Gardaí, to deal effectively with what is seen as the abuse of the Bus Gates at St Maelruains Cemetery and at the Square leading to the Old Blessington Road and will he note that this matter has been raised on a number of occasions at the Dublin Bus/Luas Community Forum at which the Council has a number of representatives.

That this Area Commitee calls on the Chief Executive to take action to ensure that Government and its agencies are fully aware of the job creation needs of Tallaght and will he appreciate the concern of many that we keep hearing from politicians and organisations outside of Dublin complaining about an alleged Dublin jobs bias and will he therefore understand the importance for us all to speak up for the needs of Tallaght.

That this Area Committee request the Chief Executive increase the number of random inspections of new building works in this electoral area to see if they are in compliance with BER insulation requirements, gas pipe shielding requirements and also to ensure that buildings are erected as indicated in drawings supplied with granted planning permissions; and if a list could be given of all sites inspected in the six months between 13th September 2018 and 13th March 2019.

"This Area Committee calls for an immediate professional inspection of the Clondalkin Swimming Pool be carried out to assess the installation of the mechanical boom which is again not working.  Furthermore that this inspection would be carried out by independent Civil/Structural, Electrical, and or Mechanical Engineers and a report produced for discussion.  This Committee also notes that the 25 meter pool is not just used by competitive swimmers but also by the general public."
