That the Manager arranges for immediate inspection of lands in Council ownership to the rear of St Aidan's Traveller Accommodation adjacent to the new Luas stop at Fortunestown and to the rear of Kilmartin Estate in Fettercairn alongside the Luas tracks with a view to ascertaining if these lands are in breach of any legislation relevant to Planning and Development.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide a report on the pilot projects that took place in the Tallaght area relating to humidity sensitive ventilation systems which was an attempt to solve the massive problems of mould growth in apartments and other households which we as a Council have responsibility for. Residents being told that they should not have clothes horses in their homes and that it is a "liflestyle issue" is unacceptable and does nothing to resolve the matter for people who on many occasions have children with constant bronchial and other health problems as a result.
