QUESTION: Councillor M. Devine

"Can the Manager give an update on all arboricultural works to date in the Tallaght area and state if all of the programme has been completed ?"

REPLY:

A comprehensive report on progress with the 2012 Arboricultual Works Programme was presented to the February 2012 Tallaght Area Committee Meeting.  It is intended to present a further update at the April 2012 Area Committee meeting.

The 2012 Arboricultural Works Programme as presented to the Elected Members at the Tallaght Area Committee Meeting (1) on the 5^th December 2011 states ‘The programme for 2012 will commence in January 2012 and will be undertaken in two phases:

 - January 2012 to March 2012-02-15

- November 2012 to December 2012’.

Therefore it should be noted that the programme will not terminate until December 2012 and is not yet complete.
