MOTION: Councillor C. King

That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the cleansing of the green space to the rear of St Dominic's shopping centre  adjacent to Avonbeg and Homelawn Estates as it has become neglected since a local man who cleansed the area voluntarily became ill.

REPORT:

The area in question has been identified as a problem location in terms of littering. The area will be reviewed with the Litter Enforcement staff to establish what measures might be taken to reduce the problems being experienced in this area.
