"To ask the Manager to outline how many complaints have been lodged on behalf of and by the tenant address supplied* with the ongoing problems he experiences during heavy rainfall, with smells coming up through the kitchen sink and the toilet bowl overflowing, and in view of the potential and very real health implications of this, will he give a written report outlining how long this problem has been occuring, what is causing the problem, and aside from clearing the sewerage pipe what long term measures, if any, have been taken to resolve this problem?"
"To ask the Manager to report on the condition of the dwelling *address supplied, the cost of repairs to same, how long unoccupied, and when it will be relet?"
"To ask the Manager to report on the average cost of roofing repairs to Council owned dwellings in the Tallaght area, how many properties have required such attention, and the number of contractors who have been awarded such tenders?"

That this Council Committee, in view of the huge problems associated with parts of Kilmartin Estate including litter, burnt out areas on the green spaces,lack of any clear road signage, missing gates, noise levels increased from the new road, empty boarded up houses, empty waste lands created on the corridor between the estate and the new road, the condition of the laneway and walkway between Kilmartin and the new road, agrees to have an onsite meeting to look at new ways of improving the quality of life for residents and Council tenants living in this estate.

"To ask the Manager to inspect the shores and main sewer on Whitehall Road and to report on what has caused the recent blockages which have effected houses on the road?"
"To ask the Manager to arrange for the immediate clean up of the laneway between St Anthony's Crescent and St James' Road/St Brendan's Crescent in Greenhills, which is a serious blackspot for dumping, and to make a statement on the matter?"
"To ask the Manager to consider the installation of litter bins at bus stops along the Greenhills Road, in particular at the town-bound stops in Tallaght Village, the junction of the Airton Road and near the Lidl supermarket at Greenpark?"
"Further to this Council's passing of a Motion regarding the use of those given Community Service Orders by the Courts, would the Council request the Probation Officer to target the cleansing of graffiti on Council property and other areas complained of by residents, in the Perrystown/Manor Estate area which has become significant in volume recently?"
"To ask the Manager to target the litter blackspots on Mayberry Road in Kilnamanagh (opposite the shopping centre) where possibly hundreds of beer cans are lodged in two places behind the hedgerow , in what appears are 'drinking dens'?"

That this Committee calls on the Manager to ensure that proper maintenance and grass cutting is carried out this year in all graveyards in Tallaght Central and that the Manager outline the amount and type of work which will be carried out this year.
That urgent and effective action be taken, in conjunction with the Gardai, to end the use of quad bikes, motor bikes etc on lands near the Old Mill, Tallaght, given that this activity has continued unabated for the past 2 years and is hazardous, and a cause of noise and air pollution.
