This gated laneway has been used as a dumping ground and there is also a severe vermin problem. The resident of the above address has only recently purchased the property and has had to deal with both the dumping of rubbish and the vermin problem.?"

" To ask the Manager to have arranged the removal of the  low wall at details supplied*  which it is my understanding was constructed by this Local Authority to prevent illegal vehicular access & egress ,but which is now encouraging anti-social activity at this location and that the wall be replaced with wooden bollards similar to the bollards that have proved so successful throughout the greater Springfield area?"
