"That this Committee discusses the serious issue of having the river bank open at Brookwood, an unprecedented level of anti-social behaviour occurs there. Children can access the area to retrieve balls as there is no protection. Residents have signed a petition to have a railing erected there. It has already been agreed to have the area assessed again and to report on that assessment to enable this Committee to make a final recommendation with a view to solving this longstanding problem."

"That the Manager to take on board the concerns of the Cherryfield Residents Association in relation to the ongoing dumping and fly-tipping in the laneways in Beechfield/Cherryfield, particularly the laneway from Beechfield Road to Cromwellsfort Road and will he devise a scheme to carry out clean-ups and resurfacing of all the laneways in the area, on a phased basis over the remainder of the term of the current Council, and will he consult with the members of the Cherryfield Residents Association in the next month to devise this plan and work out the implementation of the plan, so that the residents can reclaim their laneways for this own convenience."
