"That pending the outcome of the inaugural County Farmer's Market at Tallaght, the Council begins investigating the possibility and appropriateness of locating a Farmer's Market at Rathfarnham, either in the grounds of the Castle, or in the Village itself, on designated dates, and to be run on designated days of the year."

"That the Manager present a detailed update of progress to date on the implementation of the Owendoher River Linear Walkway and to outline the budget and expenditure in 2005 on same and the proposed budget and expenditure for 2006."

"That the Manager give a full detailed report on the time schedule for the Outdoor Bowling Green and to state its location and finance available."

"That the Manager give a report on the situation in relation to the overgrown trees in the gardens in Orwell Park Drive which are overshadowing the gardens at No. 24 The Avenue, Cypress Drive and are of such a height that they appear dangerous and advise on what action the Council can take to encourage the owners of the trees to fell them in the interests of their neighbours."

"That this Committee discusses the serious issue of having the river bank open at Brookwood, an unprecedented level of anti-social behaviour occurs there. Children can access the area to retrieve balls as there is no protection. Residents have signed a petition to have a railing erected there. It has already been agreed to have the area assessed again and to report on that assessment to enable this Committee to make a final recommendation with a view to solving this longstanding problem."

"That the Manager to take on board the concerns of the Cherryfield Residents Association in relation to the ongoing dumping and fly-tipping in the laneways in Beechfield/Cherryfield, particularly the laneway from Beechfield Road to Cromwellsfort Road and will he devise a scheme to carry out clean-ups and resurfacing of all the laneways in the area, on a phased basis over the remainder of the term of the current Council, and will he consult with the members of the Cherryfield Residents Association in the next month to devise this plan and work out the implementation of the plan, so that the residents can reclaim their laneways for this own convenience."

"In commending the Manager on the work in combating and removing graffitti as per my motion in June, that the manager present a report to the meeting on progress to date and in particular what contacts the manager has had with the Gardai on this matter and whether a report is available from the Gardai also."

"That the Manager arrange for a clean-up to be done at the Owendoher River adjacent to Woodview Cottages and especially the ditch and banks of the river at this location"

"That the Barrow Man operating on Walkinstown Roundabout includes the first section of the laneway off St. Peter's Road (opposite the Cherrytree Pub) on his rounds to deal with the constant accumulation of glass and debris at this location."
