QUESTION No.1
QUESTION: Cllr. Eamonn Walsh
TO ASK THE MANAGER TO ARRANGE TO HAVE THE GARDEN WASTE LEFT BY THE GARDEN CONTRACTERS AT THE REAR OF THE MAOSINETS NO.S 63 64 65 AND 66 LIMEKILN GREEN AND TO RECORD THE RESIDENTS TOTAL DISGUST WITH THE WORK CARRIED OUT BY THE CONTRACTORS
REPLY:
South Dublin County Council have not engaged garden contractors to work in the gardens of the maisonette no.s 63,64,65 and 66 Limekiln Green. An inspection has confirmed that the garden materials in the gardens consists of bushes cut back by the tenants. Article 14 of our Tenancy Agreement provides that it is the tenant's responsibility to maintain gardens in a clean and tidy condition. The Council does not normally provide skips for the removal of garden cuttings and materials however, given the profile of the tenants involved, the Estate Management section will contact the residents with a view to resolving the matter.
