"To ask the Chief Executive Officer if he will arrange to have the lane way at the side of St Maelruins Terrance and the shops on the Old Bawn Road inspected. Signage has been erected in the area which blocks the line of vision out on to the Old Bawn Road for motorists. To also ask the CEO if the wall at the back of Maelruins Terrace can be inspected. The wall height has been increased and this is blocking out light into these dwellings. Can the CEO please confirm if planning permission has been provided for this and if not can he ensure the height is reduced. I have also been informed that two car washes are operating in a premises at the the rear of St Maelruins Terrace, can the CEO confirm if planning permission has been provided for this type of commercial use? Residents have complained that these car washes have caused flooding in the area as drainage is not capable of dealing with the waste water?"
