Questions
"To ask the Chief Executive why it is that the works scheduled for October at the entrance to Willbrook Lawn have still not commenced. Please also confirm whether or not the works will be done before year end?"
"To ask the Chief Executive to provide steps from Woodview (Spider’s Hill) up to Dodder Park Road. I have attached to this a mock-up of how the steps would look. Please consider and revert?"
"To ask the Chief Executive what plans are being put in place to reduce the risk of flooding recurring in the lake beside the public car park on Wellington Lane? The flooding spread to the car park of the local GAA club - St. Judes - and caused their car park to remain closed for a number of days?"
"To ask the Chief Executive when the next phase of the tree programme on St Joseph's Rd, Greenhills agreed and mandated by the predecessor to this Committee will take place; what the plans are for removal, pruning and replanting on this road, and to make a statement on the matter?"
"To ask the Chief Executive what is the longterm plan for the lands on St. Colmcilles Way where Knocklyon United have their club ground?"

Motions
"That the Chief Executive investigates the possibility of renting two properties -
163 Ballyboden Road & no 3 Taylor's Lane - in Rathfarnham under the RAS scheme to help with the homelessness crisis in the County."
Transportation
Questions
"To ask the Chief Executive, having regard to the change of policy, that you review the call made by me for “Children at Play” signs to be erected along Ballytore Road. You might recall that you agreed to do this work but sought payment. The residents refused to pay citing the payment by them of property tax?"
"To ask the Chief Executive to inspect the boundary wall abutting Templeroan Road and the Templeroan housing estate. The wall shows signs of cracks and looks to the untrained eye somewhat unstable. Assuming the wall is unsound can you provide an estimate for the reconstructions, along with confirmation as to who is responsible for such costs?"
"To ask the Chief Executive to assess a leak seeping from the old wall across the footpath at Church Lane, this is the path used by the residents of Woodview Cottages, a high percentage of these residents are elderly, this leak once it freezes over is dangerous and necessities people dismounting the path and to do so is dangerous along this stretch?"
"To ask the Chief Executive to inspect and repair the broken laneways in the Butterfield and Marian areas of Rathfarnham. There are many elderly residents who use these laneways to access the shops and Church yet find it extremely treacherous because of the broken surfaces. It also causes issues for people with limited mobility as the broken surfaces are unsuitable for residents using walking sticks?"
"To ask the Chief Executive what is the up to date position with the Rosemount Shopping Centre parking proposals?"

Correspondence
Correspondence from Dublin City Council regarding request for pedestrian crossing at Fortfield Road.
Motions
"That this Committee requests the Council to prioritise the re-alignment of the Knocklyon Road as the number one roads objective of this committee area."
"That the Chief Executive attend on site and witness for himself the potentially dangerous consequence of cars parking along the bend on the road on Butterfield Close, with cars having to drive on the other side of the road to overtake parked cars when travelling from the Butterfield Park area. This issue has been raised before without a satisfactory result. It may be the case that there are no cars parked on the left during the day but cars are parked constantly on the bend in the evenings and at the weekends. Double yellow lines would seem like a solution."
