That this Committee expresses its concern with the delay in attenuation works planned for the River Poddle, and in calling for the speedy delivery of these works, requests a detailed report on the status of this scheme.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to find a permanent solution to the long term flooding problem at the entrance to Castletymon Shopping Centre, which is now occurring more regularly, and is having a detrimental effect on traffic and pedestrian access to the Centre and is causing difficulties for our local rate payers.

That this Committee receives a report on the plans contained within the NTA Draft Cycle Network Plan for the Greater Dublin Area relevant to the area under its remit, including (i) existing routes, (ii) designed routes and (iii) future routes.

This Committee calls on the Manager to take immediate action to remove the graffiti from the noise abatement wall on the N81 adjoining the pedestrian pathway leading to the M50 roundabout, on the Brookmount side, and on the panels on the Firhouse side of the roundabout and to give consideration to planting shrubbery at the wall and panels to discourage further vandalism.

"Would the Manager provide a report regarding New Bancroft Hall, phase two, detailing any discussion with the Developer regarding the possible dates when work will commence to complete the structure and in the absence of a completion date, will he detail what plans exist for the installation of  windows in the apartments of phase two, facing the new Greenhills Road, and also of those apartment facing onto the N81?"

That this Committee calls upon the Council to assist the Educate Together and Gaelscoil in Firhouse in finding adequate accommodation for the 2014-15 School Year.  Could the Manager provide a report on using a site such as the Victory Centre for this purpose.
