That this committee requests the Manager to investigate the feasibility of a scheme/project whereby the Council ring-fences/sources some suitable accommodation for single fathers who are homeless and have applied for accommodation in the Tallaght area.

That the Manager conducts a review of problematic vacant residential properties (public and private) in the West Tallaght area and provides an action plan to address concerns such as health and safety matters etc.

"Could the Manager make a report regarding the condition of the trees in Brookmount Estate and will he indicate if there is an intention to carry out pruning in this area, during the winter tree works programme?"

"Could the Manager make a report regarding the height, condition and possible safety implications of the trees located on Glenview Drive, and would he please indicate what action can be taken to remove any safety risk to local residents and their homes?"
