That this County Development Plan will facilitate a co-ordinated approach to any future sustainable development of the Naas Road area alongside Dublin City Council, all relevant stakeholders including the local community and ensure that the needs of the existing and new community will be met and the provision of necessary community and physical infrastructure is delivered in tandem with any new development.

The review to examine maintaining adequate car parking spaces in areas that have insufficient public transport and in newer developments provide for full size car parks spaces for all units until the necessary public transport infrastructure has been provided and to redesign the car park spaces into community use.

Page 32 Natural and Biodiversity Bullet point 7 amend as follows Ensure the Development Plan provides for appropriate protection of trees and hedgerows, where possible, recognising their value and importance to our natural heritage, biodiversity and climate action and encourage maintain and increase tree planting in appropriate locations and introduce new policy for the inclusion of environmentally friendly planting in high density developments.

"This area committee agrees that the privately-owned car park behind Main Street, Clondalkin, is consistently affected by illegal dumping and that any and all efforts must be made to ensure that this is tackled. Further, this committee calls for a report on fines and warnings issued to business and property owners relating to this area and any other efforts previously taken to deal with this matter."
