To ask the Manager how much South Dublin county Council has been spent on consultants in 2022 and how many of the projects for which consultants were engaged do not have a Department within South Dublin County Council that deals with the relevant issues?

To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the Tenant In Situ Scheme. Report to include the criteria for eligibility for the scheme e.g. for RAS/HAP landlord, suitable family size in the property, length of time the property has been occupied and required time the tenant has been in receipt of Social Housing Supports.
This Council calls on the Government to extend the ban on evictions until the end of the January 2024 and to write to the Office of the Taoiseach in this regard.
That the manager recognises the growing need and agree to the introduction of 4 new strategically positioned public litter bins in combatting the escalating litter problem in Adamstown - Locations as follows: (1) Entrance to Adamstown train station (2) Newcastle Rd Bus Stop - Outside Finnstown House Hotel (3) 110 Adamstown Avenue - at bus stop (4) Entrance to playground at Adamstown Park (pics attached).
That the Chief Executive repairs the ramp and levels the adjacent drain covering on the roadway junction at address supplied in Elmwood estate that appears to have been damaged by a heavy vehicle; and if a statement can be made on the matter.
To Ask the Chief Executive: To install more public lighting on Garter Lane, Saggart
To ask management to report on the number of engagements between the dog warden and dog owners without effective control of their animal in the area covered by this Committee in the past 12 months, mindful of the impact out of control dogs have on wildlife, livestock and members of the public.
To ask the Chief Executive to address the concerns of local businesses and the safety of local school children and other pedestrians caused by major disruption caused by Case reference: PL06S.309646 Clondalkin Enterprise Centre, Watery Lane, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 (SD20A/0234) and to ask what conditions were put in place and how they are enforced by the planning authority? Will SDCC do anything to address the local concerns which are well documented?
That this Council agrees that the passage of the Road Traffic and Roads Bill 2021, which deals with the issue of scramblers, is taking too long and calls on the government to expedite the process.
To ask the CEO if he has sought further funding from Government to allow the purchase of homes across the County; will he give full details of the programme he is following in that regard and table a statement?
