To ask the Chief Executive for a report into SDCC ability to use Compulsory Purchase orders and to outline the process involved?
To ask the Chief Executive for a report into how many homes the Clonburris and Adamstown SDZs are targeted to provide and how this compares with other local authorities ?
That this Area Committee requests SDCC to Initiate a compulsory purchase order on the lands known as the Cold cut to address deficits in community and sporting infrastructure.
That in relation to arrangements by the Council with local individuals or groups for the Christmas Tree lighting on the public realm in Lucan Village next year that councillors will be kept informed on a timely basis and collectively by the relevant section of the Council collectively as to what the arrangements are.

This Committee requests that South Dublin County Council engages with the newly formed Glendoher Residents Association in Rathfarnham with a view to arranging works to Glendoher Estate Entrance Stone so that the estate name can be engraved.
To ask the Chief Executive to advise if works need to take place if fungus forms at the base of trees or tree stumps - such as black fungus or creamy white mushroom type of fungus. Are these types of fungus safe for residents and animals?
This Committee requests that the Council provide a Salt Bin in Glendoher Estate Rathfarnham.
To implore the manager to revisit the decision taken last year that resulted in a system of dangerous 'reverse parking' in order to use the busy bottle bank on Griffeen Road. In so doing, this assessment will prioritise road safety for motorists, cyclists and walkers in the first instance, by introducing a semi-circle, mini-roundabout or other deemed suitably safe system.
