"That this Committee regard the vandalising of newly planted trees at the bus turning bay at Limekiln Avenue as totally unacceptable and that every effort is made to find the perpetrators and apply the maximum penalty and we should as a committee review the current penalties and introduce stronger measures as this behaviour should be viewed as serious anti social behaviour."
