That this Council appoints a litter inspector  to monitor the usage & current capacity of re-cycling center's & bottle banks etc. on a weekly basis given that some of these facilities are on private land in the Clondalkin Village area. It is important that the Council interface problems that occur such as capacity issues, issues with the re-cycling contract providers & public dumping head on, to ensure these facilities are safe guarded.
