To ask the Manager to provide a progress report on the Council's objective to secure 15% of the units in the Adamstown SDZ for social and affordable housing, and if he can advise as to the number of such units anticipated to be delivered in the first part of the first phase, i.e. the housing units granted permission and under construction, and recommends to the Manager that in the interest of promoting community diversity of Adamstown from the outset  the Council examines the possibility of assigning some of the social and affordable housing to be used as sheltered accommodation for older people.

To ask the Manager to agree to install a new Litter Bin at the bus stop on the Lucan Road close to the entrance of Woodville Estate. As this area has been the subject of increased litter, the installation of a new Litter Bin at this Bus Stop would be of assistance.
