TO ASK THE MANAGER FOR AN UP DATE ON THE PROPOSED COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE OLD SHOPPING CENTRE SITE ON ST. JAMES ROAD GREENHILLS DUBLIN 12 AND ON THE SECOND PLANNING APPLICATION FOR THE SAME SITE.

REPLY:

It is intended to initiate the procedure to acquire this site by Compulsory Purchase Order under the provision of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990. Site drawings are now being finalised and the Compulsory Purchase Order procedure will commence thereafter.

 

It should be noted that planning register reference SD06A/0248 is a current application received for this site on 5/4/2006, the Planning Dept. requested additional information on 30/5/2006. This information has not yet been received.
