To ask the Manager to report upon what steps have been taken following my previous request to put in place the appropriate accounting structure to ensure that all Development levies that are receipted in the Council’s Planning Department on a Countywide basis are also recorded in such a way as to enable a breakdown, electoral area by electoral area, to be provided to Councillors?
