"To ask the Manager what caused the low water pressure in mid-July last when the Fire Services were attending a large fire in the Ford Garage, Cromwellsfort Road at night and were unable to find sufficient water in the hydrants adjacent to the Garage.  Residents are concerned that low water pressure in the area at night could seriously affect the safety of Residents and their Properties and to ask the Manager to report on the matter?"
