"That the Manager report on the serious environmental issues arising from the overdevelopment of the yard at the rear of Muckross Avenue, Muckross Green and Rockfield Avenue - noise of trucks accessing yard through narrow laneway, diesel fumes from trucks parked waiting to access laneway polluting the air, building materials blowing into houses and gardens and business being conducted outside of business hours and on a Saturday, and to state what action the Council proposes to take to rectify this situation.
