That Councillors request the Manager to actively pursue, involving the County Development Board as appropriate, a programme of provision of small neighbourhood playgrounds (preferably open , and with small scale equipment, as eg in Portland, Oregan) in the County with a view to having costed projects ready for inclusion, if agreed by the Council, in the Council's estimates for 2006. (As a suggestion the Council might consider leasing small areas of school green spaces for the location of such playgrounds).
