That this Committee calls on the Manager responsible to ensure that the concerns of the Moy Glas residents regarding the noise management measures being put in place for the "Outer Ring" Road are fully addressed, that all of the recommendations, explicit and implicit, of An Bord Pleanala in relation to the development are fully complied with, that all additional measures considered now to be necessary to meet the highest international noise pollution standards are put in place, and, that this Council treat Moy Glas Estate no less favourably than other residential areas and that the Manager give absolute priority at all times to the health and safety of residents who live close to the "Outer Ring" Road, including minimising design related concerns and associated  stress.

That this Council expresses its disappointment at the Government's decision not to establish the proposed National Children's Hospital on site at Tallaght Hospital.  Furthermore, this Council is opposed to any further downgrading of the Children's Hospital in Tallaght and that commitments given in the Charter be fully honoured.

That this Council is dismayed at the decision of the HSE to remove the services for children out of the Tallaght Hospital to the Mater. Given the population demographics and the proposed developments under the Tallaght masterplan this decision is wrong. We call on the Minister for Health to leave the Childrens Hospital intact in Tallaght.

To ask the Manager to agree to a Road's Department official meeting with a spokesperson from the Lucan Heights and Cloisters Residents Association to discuss possible improvements to the pedestrian laneway into Lucan Heights and Cloisters from the Lucan Road.  This matter has been repeatedly raised during local consultations I have had with local residents in this area?
