To ask the Manager to agree to immediately re-engage in consultation with the Committee of Lucan Pitch & Putt regarding any proposed road realignment on the Newcastle Road that may inpact on the future of Lucan Pitch & Putt Club.

"That this Committee:
1. Notes the continued refusal of Dublin Cemeteries Ltd., to resolve the matter of the opening hours at Ballymount Park, instructs the Parks Department to proceed with the proposed works immediately, and that this Councl invoice Dublin Cemeteries Ltd., for 50% of the costs incurred.
2. Invites the Law Agent of this Council to attend the March TAC 1 Meeting to outline to the elected members the legal status of the lease between SDCC and Dublin Cemeteries Ltd.

To ask the Manager to agree to upgrade the footpath between Palmerstown Woods and the Cloverhill Railway Bridge, ensuring the following:
1. That the bushes/ briars are cut back at regular intervals.
2. To improve the path at the entrance to the truck park to ensure greater safety of pedestrians.
3. To place a protective barrier on the footpath opposite the exit from the IDA Industrial Estate as trucks exiting that estate sometimes mount the curb.
