To ask the Manager, how many new social housing units does he/she expect to be transferred from Developers to South Dublin County Council in the next two months ( Sept/Oct ) and can he/she provide details of how many units in each development are expected?
REPLY:
The following is a breakdown of the units that have been handed over to date in the County and the units with anticipated handover dates within the next two months (Sept/Oct): It is anticipated to handover a total of 470 units within the next two months.
