That this Committee requests that the Council acknowledges the nuisance caused to nearby residents through the inappropriate use of parks by some people and makes arrangements to deploy staff on a regular basis late in the evening and at night to deter the misuse of parks in the Lucan, Palmerstown and Clondalkin areas.

That this Committee thanks the Manager for the continued provision of the excellent junk collection service and requests that a schedule of areas proposed to receive the annual junk collection is brought before the Committee along with details as to how long it has been since each such area has received a collection.
That the Manager examines the grass verges along both sides of the hill going up from the Convent lay-by to the Esker Lawns, Lucan Heights, Beech Park direction with a view to maintaining the grass verges and providing additional trees and landscaping as deemed appropriate.
“To ask the Manager if he would accept the need to erect a number of speed ramps on Verschoyle Avenue as a public safety measure, and accepting that the development has not yet been taken in charge, if the Council cannot do this work, would he approach the developer to see if this can be obtained, and if he will make a statement on the matter.”
That the Manager would set out in a report, full details of the programme to up-grade the windows of Clondalkin homes, including the installation of double glazing windows. What specific areas or estates will be included in the pilot window programme, what is the time-scale for these works, the cost involved and following completion of these works, what procedures will be adopted to enhance the windows in the remaining areas and estates in Clondalkin.
That this Committee requests that the Manager agrees to inform members of the intended locations of any new recycling banks as far as practicable in advance of the positioning of these much needed facilities.
That the Manager provides details of the expected starting date for the Home Zone scheme in the vicinity of Archbishop Ryan Schools and Buirg an Rí and Meile an Rí.

"To ask the Manager, to (A) report on progress made in relation to the Tallaght Stadium in terms of securing tenders etc, (B) what is the estimated timeframe for the re-commencement of works on site, (C) what is the estimated completion date being worked towards at present and (D) are recent actions taken by the local G.A.A. through the courts having a negative impact on the further progression of the Stadium and can the Manager make a statement on the matter?"
