"To ask the Manager to revisit item no. 3384 (Area Committee 1, 24th October 2005) regarding a mains drain adjacent to 488 Orwell Park Way, since although a crew addressed same in January by opening the drain, cleaning it, chipping away some surrounding tarmac and placing an orange cone on top of same, it visually now looks worse than before, and the drain is subsiding in the tarmac, and it  would appear not to have been repaired in view of the fact that the road still floods when there is heavy rainfall."

To ask the Manager, to identify the reasons for the extremely significant changes in the calculations for Council tenants rent payments which has resulted in some households rents increasing by almost one hundred percent and can he make a statement on the matter?
