"That the Manager examine the species of trees planted in Greenhills Estate, many of which have been planted in close proximity to ESB power lines and have been pruned to accommodate the power lines, and to the road especially on the bus routes and to state, whether over time these trees could be replaced with more suitable species to present a more uniformed appearance and improve the visual impact."

"That this committee recommends that the roads department gives an initial outline of new proposals for car parking in Pearse Brothers and Palmer Park as a result of the submissions and proposals put forward as part of the Ballyboden Village Plan consultation process. The three schemes proposed by the Roads Department two years ago were not acceptable to residents. There are now alternative layout/proposals submitted in the various submissions from Palmer and Pearse Brothers Park which should be facilitated."

To ask the Manager to give an update on progress made on the provision of traveller accomodation specifically Transient sites. Will he be able to accommodate travellers moving into the county during the summer period and if not how will he deal with this issue should it arise?
