To ask the Manager if he is satisified that the Council is fully complying with the following recommendations of An Bord Pleanala as it applies to Moy Glas Estate

"Noise mitigation measures shall be incorporated into the design and construction of the proposed road scheme by the use of low noise surfacing and appropriate noise barriers so that the predicted noise levels associated with the proposed road scheme in the design year shall not exceed 60dB Lden (free field) and 50dB Lnight (2300 to 0700) (free field) when measured at ground floor of single storey or upper floor level of two or more storey houses, and all other noise sensitive receptors, in accordance with the assessment procedures set out in the Draft Guidelines on the Treatment of Noise and Vibration in National Roads published by the National Roads Authority in January, 2004"

and to include in his report evidence that substantiates the Council's position.
