That the Manager introduce a co-ordinated approach to tackle the illegal dumping and burning of domestic rubbish on green belts in North Clondalkin and especially the Quarryvale area.   Will he comment on the issue that the over all area image of pockets of Clondalkin is blighted by the dumping of rubbish since the enforcement of this council's refusal to collect all domestic waste, while continuing to demand the two year arrears.  Will the Manager commit to a 48 hour pick up and cleaning of green belts, pathways and roads visibly littered by litter and the Council's cost in the slow current approach to removing this litter in the last year .
