To ask the Manager why right turning traffic is still permitted on to the 9th Lock Road, Clondalkin? This agreement was arrived at when the Clondalkin Councillors agreed to the Lidl site at New Nangor Road, access egress was to be left turn only on to the 9th Lock Road and right turn on to the New Nangor Road?
