To ask the manager to advise what the ongoing issue is in reference to planning application SD21B/0188 whereby the incorrect fees were invoiced for over a year and a half and, according to the resident's solicitor and architect, the revised fees are still incorrect.

That this Area Committee requests on behalf of Clonburris National School Parents National School a safety audit be conducted on the roads surrounding Clonburris National School and a traffic management plan and an active school plan and signage be put in place!
"To call on the manager and this committee to explore a more efficient, cost effective and proactive strategy, in tackling ongoing dumping at a number of known illegal dumping black spots, within the same general location at Griffeen Valley Park closest to Haydens Lane and the footbridge over the Link Road."
