"Can the Manager report on the current start date of new housing development and club house for Sacred Heart FC at killinarden?"

REPLY:

Following planning approval earlier this year for a mixed tenure development of 635 social, affordable, and private homes, we are working with our joint venture partners to finalise agreement and move to commencement on site. In the coming weeks we will update the Council on the latest cost projections for the project along with potential revision of the tenure mix to incorporate cost rental homes in place of private units and including the proposed community and sporting facility.
