That the Manager presents a detailed report for discussion on the boundary treatment to be provided as part of the N4 Road Widening Scheme. Would the Manager report in detail on the materials, designs, heights etc. of the new boundary walls to be built on the N4 where the road borders each of the residential areas on the N4, including Hillcrest, Weston Park, Kew Park, Cannonbrook, Willsbrook Park, Hermitage/Ballyowen Park, Vesey Park, Beech Park/Grove, Woodville Downs/Esker Lane, Old Lucan Road etc.

To ask the Manager to outline what the planning department's assessment is of the viability of the proposed neighbourhood centre at the junction of Beechdale Road and Oldcourt Road and as to whether the re-location of the neighbourhood centre to an alternative site south of the Oldcourt Road has been examined and if so is it intended to include the Creche and Community facility the people of Beechdale were led to believe would be built at the junction of the Oldcourt Road and Beechdale and will he make a statement on the matter?

Please note that an identical reply was provided via a letter to residents in November, 2005. Will the Manager please arrange for all the residents on this connection to be notified of their repsonsibility in relation to this on-going problem and will a site visit  with the residents of  details supplied above take place to clarify the issues raised above?."
