To ask the Manager to facilitate an onsite meeting at St John's Park onto the Fonthill Road, regarding drivers and cyclists concerns in relation to exiting the estate and the speed of some cars entering the estate. This meeting is necessary to address these issues with the road engineers?
To ask the Manager to continue the traffic calming measures in Neilstown at Neilstown Drive. This area has no such measure. While acknowledging the fact that ramps do exist either side of this estate, drivers are taking advantage of no ramps and are focusing their dangerous driving habits within this area of the estate. A petition recently signed by residents requested this to be carried out as a matter of urgency
To ask the Manager if the developer of Foxborough Estate has submitted specific proposals and timeframe for the completion of works to comply with Condition No. 13 of Planning Permission S94A/0022 in regard to boundary walls in the estate and if he will make a report on the position, following the deadline of 18 July 2007 advised to the developer?
That this Council requests that the Manager compiles and completes a list of the locations within the Clondalkin/Lucan Ward, of all telecommunication masts and the service providers such as the Garda Stations , private property where land owners have entered into an agreement with service providers or Council owned lands. Please compile the list with the assistance of COMREG.

To ask the Manager to have the noise levels from the M50 tested where the motorway passes Wheatfield and Oatfield Estates, Clondalkin and to report back on the matter.
To ask the Manager to write to Dublin Bus and the Minister for Transport requesting details of plans, including time-scales, to introduce new bus schedules, including route details, for the Outer Ring Road. The new 24-hour bus lanes are now in place and do not have buses occupying these 24-hour bus lanes while at the same time traffic is constantly heavily congested in the adjoining traffic lanes while Lucan Residents, including parents of school-going children, are restricted to using the car to access Lucan Village schools while these 24-hour bus lanes remain empty and unused.
