To ask the Manager the following questions relating to previous motions for planning permission at the Roma Take-Away, Rath Gael and that the Manager addresses the following issues as a matter of urgency:-
- Ventilation system - the compliance documents supplied are for a different, and apparently inferior system, to the one specified with the planning application. As this is a material change to the application, with serious implications for the odour pollution of the apartments above, does this not require a new planning application?
- Drainage system - has the system been physically checked to ensure that there is a proper grease trap installed?
- Refuse - where is the storage area located?
