That the Council resurface and install footpaths along the length of Washington Lane, Rathfarnham, and provide upgraded public lighting. Over the years Washington Lane has become a very busy road with increased school and general traffic including cars, bikes and pedestrians using it daily and improvements are required to enhance public safety for children and adults.

That the Council use its powers under the Derelict Sites Act to tackle the continued dereliction of Ballyroan House Lodge, off Ballyboden Road, Dublin 16. It is unclear whether any levies on the site have been collected by the Council. At this point I would call on the Council to consider using its powers to acquire the site and put it into public use.
