Noting the Report on my Motion No.17 at the ACM of 17 February 2010 regarding the Planning Permission granted in response to Planning Applications SD09A/0161 and SD09A/0162 for proposed developments at Liffey Valley Town Centre, to ask the Manager if he can provide a summary account of the appeals made to An Bord Pleanála by the first party and third parties, and if he can also provide a summary report of the Observations made to An Bord by South Dublin County Council?
