To ask the Manager to write to the Traffic Corps of the Gardaí asking for a report on the enforcement of the 3 tonne limit on Kennelsfort Road, how many HGVs were stopped on this route, how many were deemed to be travelling it illegally and what consequences were imposed on those found to be in breach of this limit?
