That this Committee calls on the Planning Department to follow up on the Enforcement Notice which sought the removal of the unsightly 15-20 feet steel signs that were erected on lands adjacent to Cushlawn Park in the vicinity of the roundabout at Whitestown Way & Kiltipper Way understanding the signs were removed the large steel structure remains. This Committee further notes that no answer was ever given to the elected members of this Committee as to how the Developer in question gained access to these Council lands that had locked gates at the entrance and despite the fact permission was not sought nor granted for the erection of the signs. This Committee calls on the Manager to once and for all provide the answer to this valid request without delay".
That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide a report on the feasability study being undertaken by the Architects Department and the Community Department in tandem with NABCO, on the NABCO Community Facility on Donomore Park which is being carried out to establish the possibility of an identified specific Local Community Organisation acquiring the building on a long term lease to carry out their activities within the building which has been unused for a prolonged period.
That this Committee, while taking into account the significant financial constraints this Council is currently working under, calls on the Manager to investigate the possibility of installing one or two ramps or other form of traffic calming on Deerpark Avenue as a number of young children have been knocked down recently as a result of speeding, the configuration of the Road and the parking practices of residents.
Could the manager please arrange for the traffic lights at the Old Mill cross roads to be equipped with a noise making mechanism during the green man sequence.
That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for additional anti social resources to be applied to *Address Supplied to ensure the Community, in conjunction with An Garda Síochánna, SDCC and other stakeholders, can tackle a local gang of youths who are threatening to destroy the good spirit and good name of the Estate as a result of their ongoing Anti-Social and Criminal Activities.
That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the installation of the previously agreed double yellow lines at the corner of Dun An Oir and Cois Na h-Abhainn Old Bawn as residents continue to face difficulties entering and exiting the Estate when matches are taking place in Tallaght Stadium and at lunchtime when parents park along the Road while waiting to pick up their children from School.
That the Manager please give a time frame on when the Council might be able to address the problem of weeds in the field opposite Allenton Drive.
That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the Orwell Roundabout and the Templeville/ Greentrees Roundabout be brought back to a high standard as soon as possible.

That this Area Committee writes to CPLN on what costs to date have the installation of CCTV cameras cost in the North Clondalkin area. Why since their installation have they not been monitoring or in use to date?.
That this Committee recommends that the County Sheriff favourably considers the use of the hall of the Sports and Leisure Community Centre in Clondalkin as a polling station for the Cherrywood/St Johns area.
That the Manager undertakes under the auspices of the Heritage officer a feasibility study of the provision of an Irish Aviation Museum and Heritage Centre at a suitable location within Tallaght to highlight and promote the unique history of aviation within the county and in particular in the Tallaght area.
To ask the Manager to introduce new household waste bye laws as a matter of urgency. The Council should give residents 12 hours notice prior to collection. Currently, some residents only have a 1 hour time frame to put out / collect bins. (If a resident puts it out at 6 am and their collection is at 7 am). Will the Manager make a statement on the matter?
That the Manager outlines the current position with respect to the delivery of a public park at Carrigmore estate, Citywest.
