"To ask the Chief Executive to arrange to have the footpath 14 Tamrisk Park inspected. A tree was removed at this location but it has caused damage to the footpath and to the front wall of the dwelling. Can the CEO also advise when the tree stump which remains at the location will be removed?"

"To ask the Chief Executive to arrange an inspection of the trees located at the side of 13 Bolbrook Park, these trees are a cause of anti-social behavior as people are climbing up on them and then on to the side wall of the persons house who is quite elderly. They are also blocking out the sun-light into the house. I would appreciate if these could be inspected by the Council with a view to having them removed. Could the CEO also if possible ask those inspecting the site to discuss the issues surrounding the trees with the tenant in question?"
"To ask the Chief Executive what progress has been made to remove the Graffiti that has been sprayed on the Charles O'Toole Bridge? At the last meeting I was informed that these works would be carried out within a two to three week period"

"That the Chief Executive organise a costing as to the amount required to clean up the Glin River and the likely time such work would take. There is a real concern that as a result of the continued and increased dumping of illegal household waste in this river that this has adversely compromised the biodiversity of this river and in turn has compromised the fish stock in the river. That a schedule of works be drawn up for the cleaning up and clearing out of the river which ought to include the pruning of the Willow trees and the cost of restocking the river on completion of such works. I would ask provision to be made in the upcoming budget for such works and that all such work take place during the winter months of 2014 and in advance of Spring 2015."
To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report on the ongoing efforts to address the problems of illegal dumping and overgrown trees in Brownstown and Baldonnel, Newcastle, Co. Dublin
