That this Council directs the Chief Executive to include in the Development Plan the Dublin Fire Brigade spatial analysis of our County in terms of journey time distance from the nearest fires stations; and to further include an appropriate objective for provision of a fire station(s) in our County north of the N7 where there is currently none.
Western Orbital Road
That this Council directs the Chief Executive to include an updated objective in the new Development Plan for a strategic new western orbital link road to initially connect the N7 to the N4 (west of Lucan or Leixlip); and ultimately to connect to the N3; and to further consult with the Land Use Planning & Transportation SPC on this matter.

That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on the review of the Ballyboden Village Plan with the proposed Phase II of that plan included, to cover a larger area of Ballyboden Village to include Whitechurch Road, ‘Old’ Scholarstown Road, Edmondstown Road and Taylor’s Lane.
Provision of new litter bins
That this Council directs the Chief Executive to include an appropriate new policy, objectives and actions in the Development Plan requiring the provision of a sufficient level of new litter bins in all new residential developments and at all new public transport stops.

That this Council directs the Chief Executive to include appropriate polices, objectives and actions in the Development Plan aimed at supporting and developing outdoor tourism and recreational amenities in our County, in conjunction with Fáilte Ireland and the ‘Grow Dublin’ taskforce.

That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on the additional funding of SDCC Parks Department.
That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on the need to review existing number of Tree Preservation Orders.
It shall be an objective of the 2016 - 2022 County Development Plan to provide a left in/left out junction for motorised traffic from Esker lane to the N4.
That the Plan will facilitate and provide for adequate and realistic opportunities for the Development of Social Housing in all electoral areas with a more equal share throughout the County than exists at present.
That this Council ensures that sporting facilities are developed near school premises.
That this Council directs the CEO to include in the Development Plan provision for a public museum at Casement Aerodrome so that South Dublin can develop the second aviation museum in the country.
That this Council directs the Chief Executive to undertake a full investigation of our Rivers with a view to developing an Angling Tourism strategy
That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on a pilot scheme in Knocklyon with regard to litter and waste bins in conjunction with SDCC.
That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on the need for SDCC grants scheme to target tourism projects.
It shall be an objective of the 2016 - 2022 County Development Plan to upgrade the N4/Fonthill junction to a standard that is in keeping with the status of the Liffey Valley Town Centre and provide greater access/egress for South Lucan Traffic.
The County Development Plan will seek to use land banks, land swaps and partnerships with voluntary housing associations and private developers in innovative ways to increase the number and percentage of social housing across the county.
It is SDCC policy that any new play parks in the County will be designed to include equipment and or facilities for children with disabilities
That this Council directs the CEO to ensure the Development Plan enhances our lakes and waterways to attract further angling tourism to the area.
That this Council directs the Chief Executive to consider legal right to reasonable access to the countryside.
