QUESTION: Councillor S. Holland

"To ask the Chief Executive that a survey was to be carried out some months ago, with a view to having the junior pitch at Whitechurch done.  Please advise at what stage this process is at?"

REPLY:

The survey has been completed and the next stage is to determine the works that need to be undertaken to make this area of the open space usable and fit for purpose. Any proposed works will be dependent on the availability of the necessary resources.
