That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on the Milling Industrial Heritage of the Rathfarnham area.  Is SDCC aware of the full network of its Milling Heritage? SDCC needs to exploit the amenity value of such built heritage. Through our historical research we have seen the number and type of Mills in this area increase.
